At The City Experiences, we aim to provide the best travel services and customer satisfaction. However, if a booking is canceled, the following refund policy will apply:

1. Cancellation by Customer

If the customer cancels the tour booking, the refund will be processed according to the following conditions:

  • ▶ More than 7 days before the tour date: 80% refund of the total amount.
  • ▶ 3 to 7 days before the tour date: 50% refund of the total amount.
  • ▶ Less than 72 hours before the tour date: No refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation by The City Experiences

In rare situations where The City Experiences needs to cancel a tour due to unavoidable circumstances (such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or operational issues), customers will receive either:

  • ▶ A full refund, or
  • ▶ The option to reschedule the tour for another available date.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer does not arrive at the scheduled tour time and location without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.

5. Transaction Fees

Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or international transaction charges (such as PayPal or bank transfer fees) may be deducted from the refund amount.
