To confirm a tour booking with The City Experiences, the following payment terms apply:

1. Booking Confirmation

All tour bookings are confirmed only after receiving an advance payment. Without advance payment, bookings will not be guaranteed.

2. Advance Payment

A minimum 30% – 50% advance payment is required to confirm the tour booking. In some cases, especially for last-minute bookings or special tour packages, 100% advance payment may be required.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:

  • ▶ International Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
  • ▶ Wise International Transfer

4. Currency

All tour prices are generally quoted in USD ($) for international travelers. Payments can be made in other currencies, but the final amount will be converted according to the applicable bank exchange rate.

5. Balance Payment

The remaining balance can be paid before the tour starts via online payment or in cash (USD / INR) on arrival if agreed in advance.

6. Transaction Charges

Any bank transfer fees, PayPal fees, or international transaction charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Booking Confirmation

Once the payment is completed, a booking confirmation and tour voucher will be sent to the customer via email or WhatsApp.
